  • Nutrition Consultation

    After a comprehensive health and nutrition assessment, you’ll work with a coach to design a nutrition plan that supports your needs and goals helping you to achieve improved and/or optimal health.

  • Reiki Healing

    Reiki is a Japanese light-touch, hands-on or remote energy therapy. It treats the whole person; body, mind, energy, emotions, and spirit. Its beneficial effects include deep levels of relaxation that facilitate expedited healing of a multitude of conditions, clinical and non-clinical. Regular Reiki treatments not only accelerate healing but also cultivate sustained feelings of balance, peace, security, and wellbeing.

  • Talk Therapy for High Performers

    Working with a licensed psychotherapist, explore relevant themes to high-performing leaders (burn out, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism). After a guided conversation, you’ll do some psychoeducation exercises and leave with concrete tools to use.

  • Human Design

    Human Design is a roadmap for helping you to connect with yourself and recognize your innate gifts and traits. In doing so, it can help guide decisions and live a life that is in authentic alignment.

  • Sound Bath

    A full-body meditative experience where you’ll lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It will involve various modalities, including singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that 'bathes' people. It also may include gongs, chimes and/or tuning forks.

  • Pediatric Developmental Consultation

    For parents of children with and without special needs, this session aims to provide short-term, quick and personalized support for specific challenges relating to speech, language and child development.

  • Slow Breathwork

    Practice conscious breathing while learning the physiology and science of breathwork. We’ll design a seasonal breathing experience to alleviate anxiety, pain, and stress while discovering your senses and surroundings.

  • Mindful Movement

    Mindful movement helps bring full attention to the present moment to experience the here and now. We’ll guide you to bring your awareness to your movement and focus on your breath or the way your body feels as it moves.
